A guide to contemporary usage (скачивается на узтранслейшнз, стр. 100), а там идет со ссылкой на:
"Prose translation from The Penguin Book of Russian Verse, introduced and
edited by Dimitri Obolensky". Я что-то про машину с таким названием: "Dimitri Obolensky" ничего не слышал...
